  2. Each portrait is supplied unframed.
  3. All pet and people portraits are done from photos.
  4. An individual quote can be requested such as a group  animals    
    or a specific commission of your liking.
  5. Martin Chiu Studio reserves the right of publishing the photos of   
    the portraits for promotional purpose.
  6. Shipping and handling are extra.
  7. Sales tax 7% added to New Jersey orders if applicable.
  8. Return Policy:  If you are not completely satisfied, please return
your portrait within 14 days for a full refund.
